ahhhh why not just learn to drive better.. keep the pumpkin off the rocks. LOL

I have done it to the Toy housings, I personally would not waist my time with stocks. Too much material removed to make them weaker then they already are.

i shaved my front and like it a lot. only problem is the back wasn't done and would catch on a bunch of stuff. so since i snapped an axle im taking this time to regear and build up my rear housing including shaving. just curious how much room should i leave so if i wanted to go to 5.12's later. im gearing with 4.62's now.

The diameter of the gears are all the same, no matter what ratio you run.

I did it mainly because i was layed up from my back sugery and had to have something to keep me ocupied... sounds retarted to be in the shop after major sugery but i couldnt set in the house any longer... Plus ive never done a set and figured what the hell... now i can say i have...

This little rig never gets beat on... just mainly used around the farm

Thats awesome. Nice work.

It's much cheaper, and better for those little axles to shave an inch than to go up 2" with the tires to get the same clearance.

Did you make the paper plate template with the cut off piece? It almost looks like put the plate around the pumpkin to know where to cut.
